§ 01 / THE MACHINE

Here is the whole thing, before you're in it.

Most funnels hide their sequence. This one shows it. The sequence is the product. Below is the exact machine a lead walks through, in order. When you take the quiz, this runs on you. If it feels good as a lead, that's the demo.

Day 0
Intake
seven taps · you name what to build first

You're not losing leads because your offer is weak. You're losing them in the handoffs. The slow first reply. The follow-up that never came. The DM you found late. Seven questions, tap the answer that's true, and you tell me what to take off your plate first.

Day 0
The response
on screen the moment you finish · speed shown, every variable has its own

Speed is the lever.

Leads are waiting hours to hear from you. That wait is where they cool off.

Day 0
The invite, emailed
fires the second you submit
+1 hr
A personal text
between 10am and 8pm · about an hour after the invite · only if you left a number
EFFN SYSTEMS · SMSHey [name], this is Lou from EFFN SYSTEMS at effnsystems.com. Just wanted to reach out and ask what you thought of the quiz?
Day 1
The follow-up starts
in your voice · a light check-in, easy to answer
EFFN SYSTEMS · SMSHey [first], just checking in. You took the quiz yesterday and your bottleneck came back [Speed]. Usually that means your leads wait hours to hear back. Want to hop on a call and look at your setup in more detail? About an hour, free, no pitch.
Day 2
A real story, no pitch
one of a few over two weeks
Day 4
Something useful, no ask
give, give, then ask
EFFN SYSTEMS · SMSHey [first], Lou again. Small one on Speed: set one auto-reply on your busiest channel today, even a plain one buys you the first hour. That's the manual version. The built version runs it for you.
Day 14
The last text
no pressure, no expiry
EFFN SYSTEMS · SMSHey [first], this is my last scheduled text. Your read doesn't expire and neither does the call. If your pipeline ever gets loud enough to bother you, you know where I am.
Day 7, day 10, day 12, and day 16 run the same way. Reply any time and the conversation picks right up, in my voice. Texts only if you asked for them, and stop always means stop.
When you reply, the conversation keeps moving

Reply and the conversation keeps going, in my voice, for as long as it takes. I take any thread myself the moment I want it. Ask "is this a bot?" and you get me, the real person. The system does the remembering so no conversation dies waiting on a free hand.

§ 02 / THE AGENTS

The agents.

Most automation stops the moment a lead writes back. Mine doesn't. When a lead replies, the agents answer in your voice and the conversation keeps going. Text and email, and social DMs when those are connected.

An agent never claims to be human. A lead who asks if it's a bot gets the real owner. On your build, that's you.

My honest best case so far: a lead asked questions for two weeks and my agents answered them. No pitch anywhere in it. Then he asked to work with me, on his own. That thread is further down this page.

OPERATING CONSTRAINTS
  • Every word is either pre-approved by you or inside rules you wrote.
  • Replies go out on a delay you set. Mine is humanlike so nothing reads suspiciously fast.
  • You can take over any thread at any moment.
  • Every agent touchpoint tuned from one screen. No deploy.
§ 03 / THE DASHBOARD

Stop running with guardrails.

Every platform hands you their dashboard and their rules. Rented screens, locked features, subscriptions stacked on subscriptions, generic by design. I build yours from scratch instead. Your leads, your conversations, your numbers, your buttons. If your business needs it to do something, it does it. No guardrails, no seat fees, no template.

And it comes with the whole machine attached. The quiz, the pages, the emails, the texts you just read, all built for you, all feeding one screen you read in a minute a day.

The big all-in-one platforms have the same parts list. Funnels, CRM, automated texts and emails, booking, one inbox, the numbers. The difference is the fit. Plug and play means built for nobody in particular. This is small scale on purpose: your build is shaped around your business, and you deal with me, not a ticket queue. You name it, we'll build it.

§ 04 / BUILT TO SPEC

Everything you just saw is a demo.

The quiz, the texts, the emails, the booking, the dashboard. That's one configuration. It is not the only way to run it.

You tell me your numbers, what you sell, how you talk to your leads and what you expect the system to take off your plate. I build to those exact specs. Your questions, your cadence, your words, your rules. If a piece doesn't fit how you operate, it doesn't go in.

Some owners want every word pre-approved. Some want agents handling the conversation. Some want a harder cadence than mine, or offers and promos in the follow-up. All of it runs here, in your voice.

The platforms charge you overhead for capability you'll never touch, and still make you fight a template to get the thing you actually need. This is the opposite. Low overhead, one build, shaped to the business it serves.

If it feels good as a lead, that's the demo.

Want to poke around the console itself? It runs on sample data, no login, nothing stored.
